Here at Kai-Kai Farm we are happy to welcome all professional and non-professional photographers. We have our doors open for you and we love sharing our picturesque farm with you to remember the special occasion!
We try our best to have a field of Sunn hemp, but we cannot guarantee it. Please contact us first before booking your session if you are interested in the flowers. Weather plays a big part in the blooming of the Sunn hemp.
Policies And Guidelines
Fees: Effective for all appointments. Updated on 8/31/2022
Use of the whole farm which includes the Eucalyptus Lane, flowering fields, West Garden Lawn, and Sunn Hemp fields: $75 per hour, minimum of 1 hour. This fee is for only 1 family/client.
Mini Sessions: $75 PER mini session client. (More than 1 family/client is considered a mini session). Give us a call or text if questions or concerns on mini session fee.
General Guidelines:
Appointments MUST be made in advance.
For exclusive use you must have mini sessions booked and paid.
Be respectful of our plants and vegetable fields.
Leashed dogs are allowed for the shoots. MUST pick up waste from dogs. Trash cans are located near bathrooms and there is also a dumpster near the farmhouse.
If photographing during business hours, step aside for tractors and golf carts.
Props are allowed. If you are bringing a large prop, please let us know so we can plan and redirect traffic.
Professional photographers: provide us with your website or designated Facebook page (We love to see your work!)
Some spots on the farm are more popular than others; please be respectful of other photographers and their clients.

Rescheduling:
Sessions may be rescheduled by contacting us in advance or in the event of inclement weather. We would appreciate a notice of 24-hours prior to your appointment if possible. There are no refunds.
**FEES COVER THE UPKEEP OF LANDSCAPES AND MAINTENANCE OF THE PROPERTY AS OUR FARM HAS BECOME A POPULAR PHOTOSHOOT DESTINATION FOR BOTH PROFESSIONAL AND AMATEUR PHOTOGRAPHERS. ALTHOUGH THE FARM IS ONLY OPEN TO THE PUBLIC SEASONALLY, THE FARMERS WORK HARD YEAR-ROUND AND HAVE YEAR-ROUND EXPENSES TO MAINTAIN THE 40 ACRES. THEREFORE, IT HAS BECOME NECESSARY FOR GUIDELINES TO BE DEVELOPED ALONG WITH FEES**
